Terms and Conditions for iPad Promotion
ACPE iPad Promotion
- Information on eligibility forms part of the conditions of award of the iPad (known as the award).
- Entry is only open to students who enrol directly with ACPE. New students who have enrolled through an agent are not eligible for this special offer.
Eligibility
- The new student must commence their studies in the 4th October 2011 intake
- The new student must be enrolled in 2 or more subject units.
- Students must commence and have paid for their course and continue their studies for at least 3 consecutive weeks after the start date.
- If a student has not paid for their course by the week of 28th October 2011 they are not be eligible for the award.
- Students who defer their start date to commence a course on a date after 4th October 2011 are not eligible for the award.
- To be eligible as a new student, applicants must meet the ACPE admissions requirements as stated in the ACPE Policy.
The Award
- The type of iPad awarded is at the discretion of ACPE
- Awarding of the iPad is as per the Terms and Conditions being fulfilled and as evaluated by ACPE
- ACPE reserves the right to withhold an iPad should there be discrepancies in following the promotion guidelines as detailed on the application form
- This promotion closes on 5pm 30th September 2011.
- Applications must be submitted to ACPE prior to 5pm 30th September 2011.
- The award cannot be exchanged for cash.
- This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other ACPE special offer.
- The recipients will receive their iPad in the week of 7th November 2011.
