Personal Training

A PT is a trained and certified professional who helps people meet their fitness and exercise goals. Personal Trainers working with amateur or professional athletes to enhance performance are known as athletic trainers. More commonly, PTs work with individuals or small groups to help them achieve enhanced levels of fitness and wellbeing. A sound understanding of advanced training techniques, nutrition, and health & safety are just some of the knowledge fields necessary to a successful career as a Personal Trainer.
