Services & Facilities
Audio Visual Services (AVS) provide Audio Visual presentation equipment for use in ACPE teaching and learning spaces. There is a range of equipments are permanently installed in the lecture rooms. If you use AV equipment in class, or have a special presentation coming up, you can contact us to arrange the equipment and technical support to assist you.
Equipment available for use
- Video and DVD players
- Monitors
- Projectors: Video / Data
- Smart Board (only avaiable in A5, A6 and S3 in State Sport Centre)
- Audio Speakers

Faulty or Broken Equipment
ITS staff are available for on-call assistance, When you call we will either talk you through the problem or come to the room to assist in person. Contact ITS Helpdesk office.
If you discover equipment is broken and needs repairs you can let us know via the ITS Help Desk. We will also organise a replacement for you.
Special Events
If you have a special event of any kind coming up (guest lecture, seminar, conference, etc), prior booking arrangement is essential. ITS Staffs will advise you on suitable equipment.
