You must provide verified or original documentation for all your educational qualifications —
These should indicate whether the qualification is complete or incomplete.
If the documents are not in English, you must provide an official English translation.Requests for Recognition of Prior Learning must be sent with the application, supported by subject outlines and any other relevant documentation from the institution where the prior learning occurred.
This should highlight your academic, sporting/dance background, and other areas of achievement and interest. The CV should contain supporting documentation regarding these achievements.If you are applying from outside Sydney, you must also submit a Letter of Introduction about your personal interests and your reasons for applying to study at ACPE.
If you are applying from within Sydney, you must contact the Admissions Office to arrange a campus tour and personal interview.
The college reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on the information submitted. Admissions staff will assess your application. If successful, you will receive a letter of offer. The letter will outline the course, fees payable, course dates, and any additional conditions you must meet. If your application is unsuccessful, you will receive a letter outlining our assessment.
Student Visa Application
Overseas students planning to study in Australia must have a passport and obtain an Australian student visa. The conditions on which a visa is granted may vary from country to country. Information about student visa requirements are available from the Australian Department of Immigration website.
If you wish to proceed with your application, you must complete the Acceptance Form sent with the letter of offer, and forward the fees quoted in the letter of offer. These may include —
The Australian Government requires all overseas students studying in Australia to take out Overseas Student Health Cover. The college forwards your payment to Medibank Private. If you are currently on a student visa and have Medibank OSHC, you will need to update your cover and make your payment directly to Medibank. The current rates are available from www.medibank.com.auUpon receipt of your Acceptance Form and payment of all fees quoted in the letter of offer, we will provide you with a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). The Confirmation of Enrolment is necessary for your student visa application.

When you arrive in AustraliaYou must contact the Admissions Office at the college as soon as possible to confirm your arrival and your Australian address details. We will arrange a time for you to meet with the Overseas Student counsellor.
We will keep you informed regarding Orientation and Registration days for your course.
